Gulfstream Aerospace Farnborough is seeking a proactive SC Customer Coordinator for the late shift on Monday to Thursday, 12:00–22:15. The role provides customer and administrative support, ensuring pre-planning issues are resolved, and that customer expectations are exceeded while handling invoicing and payments related to aircraft inputs.

You will log maintenance constraints, attend pre-input and post-maintenance meetings, review quotes, manage work scope, and coordinate with the Service Team

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in customer service or customer-focused roles.

Aufgaben

• Log and manage maintenance inputs and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Attend pre-input meetings with customers or representatives.
• Support invoicing and payments related to maintenance inputs.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance inputs to meet aircraft schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare and review maintenance quotes for parts availability and pricing.
• Generate and present pre-induction, mid-point, and final invoices to customers.
• Ensure progress payments with STM and Financial Accounts Manager.
