Job summary

ABM is seeking a Team Leader to ensure cleaning standards are met within the time frame set at Gatwick Airport. The role requires leading a cleaning team onboard aircraft and maintaining quality, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

You will monitor performance, assign daily tasks, and ensure airline sign-offs. A Full UK driving licence is required, and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 4 on/4 off shift pattern.

Qualifications

Experience as a Team Leader in cleaning or similar.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and use initiative.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Courteous and approachable demeanor.
Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Proactive management of the cleaning team onboard aircraft.
Ensure that quality standards of cleaning are met.
Set an example and deliver legendary service.
Monitor the team to ensure adherence to standards.
Obtain sign-off sheets from each airline and complete final walkthrough of aircraft.
Ensure employees perform their jobs effectively and follow daily allocation plans.
