JMC Aviation is recruiting an Aircraft Cleaner to support operations for a leading aviation client. This temporary, ongoing role involves hands-on cleaning on aircraft, following strict safety procedures, and working on a flexible rota.

You'll join a team, perform duties at heights and in confined spaces, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. The position offers immediate start and requires prior cleaning experience in aviation or industrial settings.

Employment Type: Temporary Contract – Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Pattern: 3 days across 7, working on a rota between Monday and Sunday
Working Hours: 08:00 – 10:00
Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, JMC Aviation is currently recruiting for an Aircraft Cleaner to support their aircraft operations.

This is a hands-on, physical role requiring a high standard of cleaning and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work as part of a team on a flexible rota covering Monday to Sunday and must be comfortable working within an aircraft environment, including at heights and in confined spaces.

This is a temporary, ongoing opportunity with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out aircraft cleaning duties to the required standards.
• Ensure assigned cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
• Work safely within an aircraft and aviation environment, following all relevant procedures.
• Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Work effectively as part of the cleaning team.
• Work flexibly on a rota covering Monday through Sunday.
• Undertake duties that may involve working at heights and within confined spaces.

Candidate Requirements

• Good previous professional cleaning experience.
• Comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Flexibility to work 3 days across 7, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and relevant safety procedures.
• Previous cleaning experience within an engineering or industrial environment.
• Previous experience working within an aviation or aircraft environment.
