Ryanair is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Technical Standards & Compliance Engineer to join the on-site team at Stansted Airport, England. The role involves oversight of technical standards across contracted MRO providers for Ryanair’s growing Boeing and Airbus fleet.

You will review technical standards, drive improvements, and ensure safety and compliance across suppliers, with anticipated travel within Europe.

Qualifications

Heavy/base maintenance experience with Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft types.
Detailed working knowledge of EASA Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations.
Engineering degree or holding an EASA or UK Part 66 AML.
Right to live and work in the UK and travel freely within Europe.

Responsibilities

Carrying out independent reviews of technical standards of work accomplishment at contracted MRO organisations.
Identifying opportunities for improvements within supplier processes and Ryanair interface documentation.
Identifying industry ‘best practice’ across suppliers and driving change to raise standards.
Reviewing customer audit findings and ensuring robust corrective actions.
Reviewing safety reports, maintenance errors and near miss reports.
Identifying trends in reports and taking appropriate action.
