Job Title: Air Tester

Our client is seeking an experienced Air Tester to join their award-winning building compliance firm, which specializes in testing services, compliance, consultancy, and energy assessments. The role offers the opportunity to work on projects across the UK.

Requirements:

1. ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 certification
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Knowledge of Building Regulations or construction industry guidelines
4. Experience testing complex buildings, Plenums, Smoke shafts, Isolations Rooms (HBN 04 BTS 03), and PassivHaus (desirable)

Duties:

1. Transport equipment safely to and from test sites, using vehicle and manual handling as required
2. Liaise with site agents and personnel
3. Plan and size test approaches
4. Conduct tests in accordance with CIBSE TM23:2000, BS EN13829:2001, and ATTMA TSL1 & TSL2 standards
5. Interpret and evaluate testing results
6. Produce short reports using electronic systems
7. Identify defects in case of test failures
8. Offer a generous holiday allowance with options to buy and sell
