Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Pricing Analyst to guide a team, manage workflows, and drive RFQ processes across Europe. You will mentor team members, review training, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Product to position opportunities for success.

Strong Excel and Power BI skills, English fluency, and 4+ years of related experience are essential. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, adherence to policy, and development of pricing strategy within a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• College or University Degree or equivalent business qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor and support Pricing Analyst
• Manage workflow within team
• Hold regular team catchup meetings and lead weekly call
• Conduct employee reviews on yearly basis with support of Pricing Manager
• Ensure new hires complete company’s mandatory training within the first 6 months
• Identify and develop sources of training
• Conduct quarterly one on ones
• Support EUROPE Pricing strategy and goals
• Deliver efficiencies into the RFQ process
• Support with Pre-engagement of upcoming RFQs
• Review RFQ from CRM
• Understand potential opportunities, risks, and challenges
• Develop strategy to position ourselves for success
• Communicate with Sales, Account Management, Product and build strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders including RVPs, DMs and Product
• Support team with live RFQ execution as needed
• Perform data analysis using Excel and Power BI
• Check RFQ formats and formulae
• Perform final RFQ review
• Ensure a complete and polished response within deadline
• Participate in face to face meetings and negotiations, as needed
• Follow up on and communicate RFQ outcome
• Communicate bid statistics and performance with key stakeholders
• Actively engage in and support Pricing Plan Initiatives
• Ownership of tools & tariffs
• Sales support, Geo and Account Management support
• Update RFQ Bid Log / Pricing Tool in a timely manner
• Support Manager where needed
• Actively engage in and support Pricing projects assigned by Manager
• Maintain adherence to The Company’s policy and procedures while displaying and communicating The Company’s goals and culture

• Strong industry knowledge; notably with regards to pricing structure
• Expeditors company policies and procedures knowledge
• A good understanding of Expeditors’ products, services and systems

• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
