Your Role

In this role, you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT operational activities, ensuring compliance with all company policies. You will oversee all QuickSTAT live network activities, ensuring adherence to rate structures and pricing policies.

Your Responsibilities

• Work as part of the daily operations of the LHR Control Tower team.
• Manage daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox.
• Develop and implement customer-focused operational policies and procedures.
• Assist with complex and escalated operational issues under the guidance of the Operations Manager / Supervisor.
• Monitor the accuracy of reporting and database information.
• Coordinate customer service projects and initiatives.
• Ensure daily compliance of Network / Vendor partners with company policies, procedures, and pricing structures.
• Provide weekend / OOH coverage for general Customer Service processes & procedures.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English at C1 level.
• Comprehensive understanding of courier / freight operations, including import/export, warehouse, and transport.
• Strong understanding of world geography and temperature-controlled packaging solutions for forwarders.
• Ability to work successfully under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 7 pm.
