Job description

Are you ready to be the hero in the fast-paced world of logistics?

Your Role

In this role you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT Operational activities ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. You will monitor all QuickSTAT live network activities ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the daily operations of the LHR Control Tower team.
  • Managing daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox.
  • Develop and implement customer focused operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with complex and escalated Operational issues in accordance with the Operations Manager / Supervisor.
  • Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information.
  • Co-ordinate customer service projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure on a daily basis Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures.
  • Provide weekend / OOH cover for general Customer Service processes & procedures.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English level C1.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
  • Excellent understanding of World Geography.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work from Monday to Saturday from 10 am until 7 pm.
