Job summary

Expeditors in the United Kingdom is seeking an air export coordinator to manage shipments end to end, ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, and close coordination with customers, airlines and internal teams.

You will handle booking to delivery, data entry, track and trace, and billing, while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and solid Excel/Word skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of relevant experience (or equivalent training).
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, operating systems).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good Education- preferably to A Level standard. Minimum GCSE Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Managing the air export process from booking to delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Track and trace Air Export files as required.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments.
• Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
• Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
• Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee.
