Job summary

Expeditors in Northern Ireland is seeking an Air Export Clerk to manage air export shipments end to end, ensuring accurate documentation and close coordination with customers and internal teams.

You will handle data entry, track and trace, and strive to meet service standards while adhering to training and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of relevant experience or equivalent training.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good educational background with GCSE Maths and English; A Level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the air export process from booking to delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating system.
• Track and trace Air Export files via exp.o or airline websites or telephone.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight for Import shipments.
• Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and meet service standards.
• Meet company standard of 52 hours training per year per employee.
• Promote compliance with company policies and regulations with integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the air export process from booking to delivery
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Track and trace Air Export files as required. This can be either internally via exp.o or externally via airline websites or by telephone to airline offices.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments.
• Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
• Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
• Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee.
• Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.

Qualifications
