Skilled Careers Ltd in Stevenage seeks an Air Conditioning Service Manager to lead a small team of AC engineers and drive service delivery across PPM, reactive and remedial works. This hands-on role combines technical leadership with commercial oversight, including pricing, quotations and small projects.

You will manage engineers, review reports, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with suppliers and support recruitment as the department grows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising a team of AC engineers.
• Strong knowledge of AC servicing, fault finding and PPM.
• Experience pricing servicing, remedials and small works.
• Ability to interpret reports and produce quotations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support and develop a team of AC Engineers.
• Provide technical guidance on fault finding and complex issues.
• Review reports and identify remedials and commercial opportunities.
• Manage service, reactive, remedial and PPM works.
• Coordinate labour and subcontractors for projects.
• Support recruitment and development as the department grows.
• Maintain client relationships and attend technical meetings.
