Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer for a regional role around the M25 corridor, London. You will service, maintain and repair VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Chillers across predominantly retail sites within a 40-hour week.

The package includes £45,000–£50,000 (up to £55,000 DOE) plus overtime, a company van, 33 days holiday, private healthcare and an enhanced pension. 1-in-4 call-out rota (£150 per week) with travel time paid after 30 minutes.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Chillers.
• F-Gas Category 1 required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.

Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer with experience working on VRVs, VRFs, Splits and Chillers, looking for a regional role offering excellent earning potential and a strong benefits package?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing facilities management business, where you will cover a regional patch around the M25 corridor, predominantly working across retail sites. The company provides planned and reactive maintenance services to major commercial clients.

You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment. The role is primarily regional, with travel further afield only required as a last resort.

The position also includes a 1-in-4 call-out rota, paying £150 per week, with the first call-out paid at a minimum of four hours. Travel time is paid after the first 30 minutes each way.

This would suit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a secure position with a manageable patch, overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, 33 days' holiday and an enhamced pension contribution.

The Role
