Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking a Trainee / Entry-Level Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer for assignments across Oxfordshire, including Stanton Harcourt. The role focuses on routine maintenance of domestic and commercial AC systems, with travel to customer sites.

Members will join a hands-on team, with training provided, a 8am-5pm schedule, and a salary of £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience. Company van, paid travel time and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous air conditioning experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing or general maintenance work would be beneficial
• No air conditioning experience required or F‑Gas qualification is necessary; willingness to learn and progress is important

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance on domestic and commercial air conditioning systems
• Inspect equipment and check system operation
• Clean filters and ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Travel to customer sites, primarily across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties
• Work independently and alongside colleagues to deliver a professional service
