Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced AC Engineer to join our facilities management team in the Bristol, Bath, or Weston-Super-Mare areas. This role involves travelling to dedicated sites to perform PPM and reactive HVAC, M&E, and general building services maintenance tasks, including emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.

You will work autonomously, responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs. Candidates should have multi-skilled M&E experience, a valid UK driver’s license, and the ability to carry out various mechanical tasks confidently.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: £33,780 or £38,846 per annum, depending on experience
• Door-to-door pay
