Job summary

Air Conditioning Engineer role at Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, based on client site Rolls-Royce at Bristol Business Park BS16. You will design, install, and maintain air conditioning systems on site and collaborate with colleagues locally and globally.

The position involves service maintenance on a variety of A/C systems, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday (day shift). Strong technical expertise and a proactive approach will help ensure client comfort and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications and experience include C&G 2079 Cat1 NVQ Level 3 or similar F-Gas.
• Good Mechanical & Electrical background.
• Knowledge of building fabric and basic fabric reactive repairs.
• Strong health & safety awareness for maintenance activities.
• Willingness to work out of hours on a scheduled callout rota.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• UK Driving Licence.
• Proficiency with IT packages including Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete PPMs and Reactive works, including breakdowns.
• Perform installations and retrofits on air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and fault-find on A/C systems.
• Produce quotations for works/remedials following service visits.
• Work on Splits, VRFs, AHUs, and DX systems and some Central Plant.
• Capable of working alone or with team members.
• Complete FGAS paperwork on sites and update client logbooks.

Air Conditioning Engineer Based: On client site ( Rolls-Royce), Bristol Business Park BS16

Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out service maintenance works on Rolls-Royce sit in Bristol. The successful candidate will provide a professional service to our client working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend and complete PPMs & Reactive works as scheduled including breakdowns.
• Have install experience (retrofit/system replacements).
• Troubleshooting/ Fault finding on all A/C systems.
• To produce quotations for works /remedials following service visits.
• To work on Splits, VRFS, AHUs and DX systems and some Central Plant.
• To be able to work alone and with other team members when necessary.
• Complete all FGAS paperwork on sites and update logbooks in client premises.
• To be part of the Out of Hours Call Out Rota.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• C&G 2079 Cat1 NVQ Level 3 or similar F-Gas
• Good Mechanical & Electrical Background
• Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities
• Must be prepared to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled callout rota
• Have good communication and organisation skills
• UK Driving License
• Good understanding of IT packages including Outlook, Word etc
