Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HVAC Engineer for an on-site role in Derby, working with Rolls-Royce clients. The position involves design, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems across commercial and industrial settings, with opportunities to innovate and collaborate locally and globally.

You will participate in a busy schedule, including PPMs and reactive tasks, and support from a global team.

Qualifications

• C&G 2079 Cat1 NVQ Level 3 or similar F-Gas
• Strong mechanical and electrical background
• Solid understanding of health and safety obligations for maintenance
• Willing to work out of hours on a scheduled callout rota
• Good communication and organisational skills
• UK driving license
• Proficiency with IT packages (Outlook, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete PPMs and reactive works as scheduled, including breakdowns.
• Have install experience (retrofit/system replacements).
• Troubleshooting/ fault finding on all A/C systems.
• Produce quotations for works/remedials following service visits.
• Work on splits, VRFs, AHUs and DX systems and some Central Plant.
• Be able to work alone and with other team members when necessary.
• Complete FGAS paperwork on sites and update logbooks in client premises.
• Be part of the Out of Hours Call Out rota.

HVAC Engineer Based – Derby (on client site Rolls-Royce) Hours - 40 (Monday to Friday)

What your day-to-day will look like:
