Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled maintenance on Building Service systems.
• Maintain AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, and VRF's.
• Survey sites for new cooling systems installation.
• Plan layout for plumbing and ductwork.
• Install system components.
• Perform quality checks to ensure systems operate safely.

Job Role: Air Conditioning Engineer

Salary: £40,000
Package £41,300

Location: West Midlands

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Tasks

• Carrying out scheduled maintenance on Building Service systems
• Maintaining AHU's and FCU's / VRV's and VRF's

• Planning the layout of pipe work, ducts and control panels
• Installing components
• Carrying out quality checks to make sure systems are working properly and safely
