Job summary

Arm in Ringwood is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to lead service delivery for AC maintenance contracts in high-end buildings.

You will maintain units including splits, VRV/VRF, twin and multi-splits, and hold NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2, F-GAS Cat 1, plus a full UK driving licence. DBS/clearance may be required. A company van, private medical, specsavers voucher and on-site gym are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning required.
• F-GAS Category 1 qualification required.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS and clearance.
• Experience with splits, VRV/VRF, twin and multi-splits.

Responsibilities

The role:

To play a lead role in the service delivery of AC Maintenance contracts, to clients that operate high end buildings

Requirements:

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning
• F-GAS (Category 1)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check and enhanced security clearance
• Experience in maintaining a range of AC units including splits, VRV's, VRF's, twin and multi-splits.
• Able to positively communicate with the client, office team and colleagues.
