Job summary

Pure Talent Group Ltd in Reading and surrounding areas is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to cover Reading and the surrounding region. This role focuses mainly on air conditioning systems with some refrigeration work, delivering service, maintenance and repair across commercial and industrial sites.

You will perform PPM, service and breakdowns, fault finding, system diagnostics and occasional refrigeration tasks.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 Certification
• Experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service

We are a well-established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration specialist delivering service, maintenance and repair solutions across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team covering Reading and the surrounding region.

The Role

This is primarily an Air Conditioning Service Engineer position, with approximately 90% of your work focused on air conditioning systems and a small amount of refrigeration work.

You will be carrying out:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Service and reactive breakdowns
• Fault finding and repairs
• System diagnostics and performance checks
• Occasional refrigeration service work

You'll work across a varied customer base including:

• Commercial offices
• Manufacturing facilities
• Warehouses
• Retail environments
• Industrial sites

What We're Looking For

• F-Gas Category 1 Certification
• Experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
