Job summary

Pure Talent Group Ltd seeks an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to cover Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. The role focuses primarily on air conditioning servicing with some refrigeration work, including PPM, breakdowns and diagnostics.

You will work across diverse sites including offices, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, retail, and industrial environments. A company vehicle is provided with a pension and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 Certification is required.
• Experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Perform service and reactive breakdown tasks on AC systems.
• Carry out fault finding and repairs.
• Run system diagnostics and performance checks.
• Occasionally perform refrigeration service work.

Air Conditioning Service Engineer

Location: Northamptonshire & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

We are a well-established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration specialist delivering service, maintenance and repair solutions across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team covering Northamptonshire and the surrounding region.

The Role

This is primarily an Air Conditioning Service Engineer position, with approximately 90% of your work focused on air conditioning systems and a small amount of refrigeration work.

You will be carrying out:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Service and reactive breakdowns
• Fault finding and repairs
• System diagnostics and performance checks
• Occasional refrigeration service work

You’ll work across a varied customer base including:

• Commercial offices
• Manufacturing facilities
• Warehouses
• Retail environments
• Industrial sites

What We're Looking For

• F-Gas Category 1 Certification
• Experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service

Experience with manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Toshiba, LG or Fujitsu would be advantageous.
