Job summary

Pure Talent Group is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to cover Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. The role involves service, maintenance and repair across commercial and industrial sites with a 40-hour week.

Salary up to £45,000 basic, plus door-to-door pay and overtime. Company vehicle provided; pension scheme; ongoing training and development; long-term career opportunity.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 Certification required.
• Experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience with brands like Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, LG or Fujitsu advantageous.

Overview

We are a well-established Air Conditioning and Refrigeration specialist delivering service, maintenance and repair solutions across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team covering Northamptonshire and the surrounding region.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Service and reactive breakdowns
• Fault finding and repairs
• System diagnostics and performance checks
• Occasional refrigeration service work

Customer Base

• Commercial offices
• Manufacturing facilities
• Warehouses
• Retail environments
• Industrial sites

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 Certification
• Experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
