Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking an AC & Refrigeration Engineer to service and fault-find industrial air conditioning systems in factories and manufacturing sites. The role covers sites near Peterborough, typically within a 2 hour radius, with a competitive salary and company van provided.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalent, have VRV/VRF experience, and a Full UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalent.
Experience working on VRV / VRF systems, AHUs etc.
Previous installation, maintenance and fault-finding
Full UK Driving Licence.
Based within commutable distance of Peterborough.

Responsibilities

Carrying out maintenance, servicing and fault-finding across industrial air conditioning systems in factories/manufacturing sites.
Covering sites in and around Peterborough within a 2 hour radius.

Job description

Location: Within 2 hours of Peterborough

AC & Refrigeration Engineer required for our client, an established engineering and facilities services company with a strong presence across the industrial and commercial sectors. The company has a long-standing history and provides electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refurbishment, and facilities management services to a range of major commercial and industrial clients.

The AC Engineer will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing and fault-finding across a range of industrial air conditioning systems in factories / manufacturing sites. It would be advantageous for the air conditioning engineer to have some install experience, however this is not essential. The role will predominantly cover sites in and around Peterborough, typically within a 2 hour radius. The successful engineer will work on VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and associated HVAC equipment.
