Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer covering sites within a 2-hour radius of Peterborough. You will maintain, service and fault-find across a range of industrial air conditioning systems in factories and manufacturing sites.

The role offers a basic salary of £40,000 to £47,000, with overtime, a company van, phone and tablet, and a 40-hour week with no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• F-Gas Cat 1 qualifications.
• Experience working on VRV/VRF systems, AHUs etc.
• Previous experience carrying out installation, maintenance and fault-finding
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Based within commutable distance of Peterborough

Responsibilities

Job description

Position: Air Conditioning Engineer. Location: Within 2 hours of Peterborough. Salary: £40,000 to £47,000. AC & Refrigeration Engineer required for our client, an established engineering and facilities services company with a strong presence across the industrial and commercial sectors. The company has a long-standing history and provides electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refurbishment, and facilities management services to a range of major commercial and industrial clients. The AC Engineer will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing and fault-finding across a range of industrial air conditioning systems in factories / manufacturing sites. It would be advantageous for the air conditioning engineer to have some install experience, however this is not essential. The role will predominantly cover sites in and around Peterborough, typically within a 2 hour radius. The successful engineer will work on VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and associated HVAC equipment.

Remuneration and Benefits
