Job summary

Infinity Resource Solutions is recruiting an Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing Essex-based team. You will service, maintain and repair a range of air conditioning systems, mainly on-site at commercial and residential sites, with some minor installation work.

The role requires fault-finding expertise, a current F-Gas Category 1 qualification, and a full UK driving licence. Competitive salary (£37,500–£48,500 DOE) plus company van and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an air conditioning service & maintenance engineer.
• F-Gas Category 1 qualification (essential).
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF).
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Respond to reactive breakdown calls.
• Complete job reports and service documentation accurately.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service.
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff.

My client are a growing, well-established air conditioning company specialising in commercial and residential installations, servicing, and maintenance. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a range of air conditioning systems. This role is primarily service and maintenance focused, with occasional minor installation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF)
