Zusammenfassung

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our facilities team covering Gloucester, Cheltenham and Hereford.

You will split time between service, maintenance and reactive repair of AC and refrigeration systems, with a focus on quality, safety and customer service. A full UK driving license and F-Gas are essential; there is overtime and standby earnings, and a company van will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an AC & Refrigeration Engineer.
• F-Gas qualification (essential).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in commercial environments (retail, hotels or leisure).

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer looking for a well-paid, stable role with excellent earning potential and a varied client base? We’re recruiting for a skilled engineer to join a growing facilities team covering Gloucester, Cheltenham, and Hereford, working across leisure, hotel, and retail environments.

The Role

This is a 50/50 split between air conditioning and refrigeration work, offering a great mix of service, maintenance, and reactive repairs.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Servicing and maintaining AC systems (splits, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs)
• Working on commercial refrigeration systems (packs, cold rooms, cabinets)
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
• Supporting clients across leisure, hospitality, and retail sites
• Participating in a standby rota (paid)

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 basic salary
• c£2,500+ standby payments annually
