Job summary

Accenture London is hiring a Workplace AI enablement Specialist or Associate Manager to lead the workplace AI strategy and enablement programs across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace AI, and ServiceNow AI. You will assess environments, design AI use cases, and drive adoption with governance for responsible AI usage.

• Experience delivering AI-focused change management and adoption programmes.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Proven track record in AI enablement and workplace productivity projects.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Google Cloud, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the organisation’s workplace AI strategy aligned with goals.
• Lead AI enablement programmes across Microsoft 365 Copilot and other platforms.
• Assess environments for AI-driven productivity, automation, and experience gains.
• Design AI use cases: intelligent assistants, automation, knowledge retrieval.
• Drive adoption, training, and change management with stakeholders.
• Establish governance for safe AI usage and data protection compliance.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to embed AI in collaboration ecosystems.
• Build ROI models and benefit tracking for AI initiatives.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to shape AI roadmap.
