Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workplace AI enablement Specialist or Associate Manager to lead the development and delivery of our workplace AI strategy across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace AI, and ServiceNow AI. You will identify AI-driven productivity opportunities, design use cases, and drive adoption with governance and data protection in mind.

The role involves shaping AI vision, leading workshops, supporting RFI/RFPs, and partnering with vendors to integrate AI into collaboration tools

Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms (DEX) like Nexthink, Lakeside, ControlUp.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and device experience tooling (Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF).
• Hands-on deployment of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, chatbots, analytics and automation.
• Associate or professional certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Google Cloud or ServiceNow.
• Experience delivering AI-focused change management with MS Copilot, Google Duet, Clause Copilot.
• Strong analytical mindset to spot patterns and automation opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud journeys, productivity tools and Generative AI.
• Wider skills in AWS, Google, ServiceNow, BMC and SRE desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement programmes across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace AI, ServiceNow AI.
• Assess current environments to identify AI driven productivity and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement AI use cases including intelligent assistants and workflow automation.
• Drive adoption, change management, training, and communications.
• Establish governance for responsible AI, data protection, and compliance.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to integrate AI into collaboration and productivity ecosystems.
• Build ROI models and benefit tracking for AI initiatives.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to shape AI vision and roadmap.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with AI solutioning and value articulation.
• Monitor AI trends and evolve the workplace AI strategy.

As a Workplace AI enablement Specialist or Associate Manager, you will:

• Develop and deliver the organisation’s workplace AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology roadmaps.
• Lead AI enablement programmes across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace AI, ServiceNow AI, and other vendor platforms.
• Assess current workplace environments and identify opportunities for AI driven productivity, automation, and experience improvement.
• Design and implement AI use cases, including intelligent assistants, workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, and predictive insights.
• Drive adoption and change management, including training, communications, and user readiness activities.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, data protection and compliance across workplace tools.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to integrate AI capabilities into collaboration, endpoint and productivity ecosystems.
• Build value cases, ROI models and benefit tracking frameworks for AI initiatives.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions and executive briefings to shape AI vision and roadmap.
• Support RFI/RFP responses, including AI solutioning, technical positioning and value articulation.
• Monitor emerging AI trends and continuously evolve the workplace AI strategy.

Qualification

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms such as Nexthink, Lakeside, or ControlUp.
• Established experience and understanding of (Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF) and how AI enhances device experience.
• Strong knowledge and firsthand experience of deploying / implementing of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics and automation frameworks.
• Associate and professional level certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Google Cloud or ServiceNow.
• Experience delivering AI focused change management and adoption programmes with MS Copilot, Google Duet, Clause Copilot
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills covering both technical and business concepts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or BMC Remedy.
• Familiarity with current digital workplace trends, e.g. cloud journeys, productivity solutions and tools, employee experience and Generative AI.
• Wider complimentary skills such as AWS, Google Azure ServiceNow, BMC certification and SRE are desirable but not compulsory
