Job summary

Asana, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to guide enterprise customers through the transition to Agentic Workflow Management. You will define AI-powered work, align stakeholders, and drive measurable impact across high-value workflows.

The role requires designing structured, time-bound engagements from onboarding through workflow launch, coordinating with executive sponsors and frontline teams. The role is based in London with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing implementation or consulting experience
• Experience deploying enterprise AI tools or AI-powered workflows
• Ability to guide customers through AI change management
• Strong facilitation and translation of complex requirements
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise workstreams with executives

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment engagements to drive adoption of Asana AI
• Align stakeholders on platform setup, priorities, and success metrics
• Document implementation plans with milestones and risk mitigation
• Guide customers through workflow design, discovery, configuration and testing
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery from kickoff to training and launch
• Develop roadmaps for scaling Asana AI usage and expansions
• Conduct recurring check-ins to assess adoption metrics and opportunities
• Surface expansion signals to internal partners and establish repeatable delivery frameworks
