Job summary

Mark Allen Group is seeking an AI Technical Implementation Lead to drive hands-on delivery within the AI Implementation Pod in London. This fixed-term, 18‑month contract focuses on prototyping, building and iterating AI-enabled workflows, agents and integrations across the business.

You will translate opportunities into practical technical plans, design reusable patterns and ensure alignment with Group architecture, governance, and cost considerations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical role with ability to prototype and productionise AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong practical capability across coding, AI, integration and data work.
• Experience turning business opportunities into technical implementations.
• Ability to design scalable, secure AI-enabled workflows and platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise tooling decisions, cost and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Turn business opportunities into working solutions.
• Rapidly prototype, build, test and iterate AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and implement agents, automations, integrations and AI-enabled workflows.
• Take strongest prototypes towards reliable production implementation.
• Develop reusable components and technical patterns for future use.
• Collaborate with Development and Data teams to align with architecture.
