Mark Allen Group is seeking a Group Transformation – AI Programme & Adoption Manager to lead the delivery engine of a cross‑functional transformation programme. You will manage the integrated roadmap, coordinate resources and drive adoption across teams, partners and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Strong programme-management experience across complex, cross-functional transformations.
• Experience supporting adoption, behavioural change or capability-building.
• Excellent planning, coordination and organisational skills.
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams and dependencies.
• Ability to translate business needs into delivery plans.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the integrated delivery roadmap for Group transformation and translate priorities into project plans and schedules.
• Manage milestones, interdependencies and resources; keep progress visible across the programme.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and track actions, risks, issues and decisions.
• Develop adoption plans and training to embed AI capabilities across the organisation.
• Build and activate the AI Ambassador network and measure adoption and value.
• Prepare concise programme reporting for senior stakeholders.
