Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Manager to lead AI Strategy engagements from Birmingham, shaping client outcomes with structured problem-solving and strong storytelling. You’ll manage teams, conduct senior stakeholder workshops, and develop implementation roadmaps across enterprise AI domains.

The role requires 4+ years in management consulting, plus substantive AI experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality client outputs and driving opportunities across EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• At least four years of management consulting experience at Senior Consultant or Manager level.
• At least one year of substantive AI-focused experience (AI strategy, AI due diligence, value creation, or related).
• Experience leading defined workstreams from planning to delivery and engaging with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined AI strategy workstreams and manage junior team members.
• Translate complex client questions into hypotheses, workplans and client-ready deliverables.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery, timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Support AI maturity assessments, use-case prioritisation and roadmaps.
• Conduct client interviews/workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Coach Consultants and Senior Consultants and contribute to proposals and business development.
