Qualifications

Four years of management consulting experience at a recognized firm or strategy-led practice.
Evidence of operating at Senior Consultant or Manager level or readiness to move into a manager role.
Experience leading defined workstreams and coaching junior staff.

Responsibilities

Lead defined workstreams or smaller AI strategy engagements and support leadership in delivering client outcomes.
Manage day-to-day delivery, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Contribute to AI maturity assessments, value-pool sizing, and implementation roadmaps.
Deliver due diligence modules for AI with focus on capabilities, risk, and value creation.
Maintain day-to-day client relationships and present evidence-based findings to senior stakeholders.
Coach Consultants and Senior Consultants and foster an inclusive, high-performing team.
Support proposals, thought leadership, and business development opportunities.
