Certinia is seeking an AI Technical Lead to drive internal AI transformation within the IT team. You will turn strategic process goals into automated, scalable solutions using established AI tools and cloud platforms.

This execution-focused role requires hands-on delivery and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable ROI. You will partner with an AI Business Analyst, applying best practices in data pipelines, AI governance, and security while guiding rapid time-to-value projects

Qualifications

8+ years in IT or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical lead role delivering enterprise-grade process automation.
Proven experience utilising existing AI/ML technologies to transform business processes and mitigate LLM-specific risks (e.g., prompt injection and data leakage).
Leadership interfacing with Senior Leadership for requirements gathering and delivering high-impact technical demonstrations.
Process transformation mindset to accelerate ROI and shorten Time-to-Value (TTV).
Framework awareness of SOC 2 and ISO 27001, with ISO 42001 readiness.
Hands-on cloud experience in AWS, GCP and Salesforce.
Robust engineering: data pipelines and API integrations for enterprise-grade AI outputs.
Composure under pressure leading deployments during rapid scale-ups or migrations.
Cross-functional partnership in a pod structure with an AI Business Analyst.
Technical storytelling translating AI constraints into business language.
Problem-solving to overcome legacy bottlenecks with AI best practices.

Report on service health and ROI to the Senior Director, Global IT.
Maximise Investment by unlocking underutilised AI capabilities.
Adopt AI Guardrails with Security to ensure privacy and compliance.
