• Strong track record in delivering measurable P&L impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer's transformation roadmap and measurable business outcomes.
• Identify high-value operational processes to transform.
• Build data-backed business cases for AI-enabled change.
• Establish baselines, KPIs, and ROI measurement frameworks.
• Present transformation strategies to C-level and board stakeholders.
• Lead executive steering conversations and secure organisational buy-in.
