Job summary

Focused Futures Consultancy LTD is seeking an AI Consulting & Solutioning Lead for Energy & Infrastructure in London. The role combines senior leadership, advisory excellence and a strong track record in delivering digital transformation, AI, data and technology consulting. You will originate opportunities, shape strategies and drive growth across the UK and EMEA.

The role is permanent, hybrid with 3–4 days in the office, and offers a £100k–£135k salary plus a 10–15% bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in Energy & Infrastructure advisory or consulting roles.
Proven ability to originate and close complex consulting opportunities.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Grow the Digital Transformation business across UK & EMEA with a focus on Energy & Infrastructure.
Lead client discovery, shape transformation strategies and solutions.
Develop commercial propositions and manage multidisciplinary delivery.
Own the financial performance of engagements including revenue and margins.
Build and accelerate a high-quality commercial pipeline and relationships with senior stakeholders.
