EXL is seeking an experienced AI Consulting & Solutioning Lead – Energy & Infrastructure to join EXL Digital and drive growth across the UK and EMEA. You will lead high-value, AI-enabled transformation programs and translate industry challenges into scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

Strong E&I sector experience in consulting, technology services, or industry roles.
Experience advising on digital, data, AI and/or technology-led transformation for E&I clients.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary solutioning teams and build executive relationships.
Proven track record in pipeline development, revenue growth, deal shaping and account expansion.

Responsibilities

Lead Digital in UK/EMEA markets for Energy & Infrastructure.
Define and implement go-to-market strategy for digital initiatives including opportunity identification and closure.
Represent the full portfolio of data- and AI-led transformation solutions to clients.
Proactively drive pipeline volume and velocity for target business areas.
Develop senior client relationships and shape propositions for executive buy-in.
Own P&L and budgets for digital engagements; manage pricing strategies.
Drive maturity assessments, blueprinting and prioritization of implementation roadmaps.
