AND Digital is seeking a Change and Transformation Solution Director to design and deliver AI-driven changes for clients. You’ll align with AND Digital’s AI, automation, and intelligent systems practice, shaping its AI transformation offers and taking them to market.

You’ll speak publicly about AND's AI ambitions and represent the business at events and networking opportunities. You will engage with C-suite and Directors, influence AI strategies, and work across regions to build practical,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change within a range of organisations.
• Understanding of technology-led organisations and how to drive impactful change.
• Knowledge of digital delivery: Strategy, Product, AI, Technology, Delivery and People.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with AI-led transformation approaches.
• Comfort moving between multiple client assignments.
• Passion for delivering change in ambiguous environments.
• Experience deploying AI into ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements to deliver all aspects required through discussions with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Director-level stakeholders on AI strategy and transformation.
• Assess current state and envision future AI-enabled models and operating models.
• Design new ways of working with digital, data and AI in conjunction with business functions.
• Develop programmes of work that drive business innovation and opportunities.
• Lead creation of compelling business cases showing value of AI changes.
• Transition organisations to technology-led operating models with effective change management.
• Engage senior executives across IT/Technology/Digital to build understanding of AI needs for change.
• Contribute to regional Club development through proposition work, thought leadership and team engagement.
