Job summary

Prism Digital is hiring a Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in London, focusing on candidate sourcing and delivery for AI and tech roles. This hybrid role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and a clear path to more senior delivery or 360 recruitment opportunities.

The successful candidate will source, qualify, and manage end-to-end recruitment for existing clients, collaborating with Senior Account Managers to ensure fast, high-quality placements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in a tech recruitment role, delivery or resourcing focus.
• Agency experience is essential; this is a recruitment consultant role.
• Tech recruitment experience is a must across AI, Software, DevOps, Cloud or Data.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on live roles from existing clients alongside a Senior Account Manager, with AI and emerging-tech roles front and centre.
• Sourcing and qualifying top-tier tech candidates across perm and/or contract roles.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to placement.
• Collaborating with the account team and clients to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery.
• Keeping systems updated, sharing market intel, and flagging pipeline risks early.
