Job summary

ExTrac AI is hiring a Software Engineer to join its AI team building Co-Analyst and related analytic features. You will work on agent orchestration, retrieval, graph analytics, and streaming pipelines across Python and Go codebases.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, production readiness, and collaboration with ML and data teams. You will contribute to servicing models, APIs, and infrastructure, while ensuring performance and reliability in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in building production backend services with solid test coverage.
• Experience delivering end-to-end features in larger systems.
• Familiarity with Python and Go in production environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to scope well-defined problems and deliver to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Python/Go services and APIs end-to-end.
• Contribute to agentic AI features, retrieval, and analytics components.
• Own production-ready features with design and architecture input.
• Collaborate with ML, data, and product teams to ship weekly improvements.
• Ensure latency, cost, and reliability targets for production workflows.
