Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Enterprise Architect – Associate Director to shape strategy and deliver AI solutions for clients across industries. You’ll lead architecture design, oversee governance, and translate complex technical findings into board-ready recommendations.

You’ll partner with Directors and Partners, coach teams, and build reusable assets while guiding bidding and transformation programs. Strong enterprise data, cloud, and AI economics expertise are essential to scale AI responsibly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years spanning technology strategy, AI advisory, enterprise architecture, solution architecture or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience designing AI architectures or ML systems
• Experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology translating AI opportunities
• Enterprise architecture across cloud-native or hybrid environments
• Experience integrating AI and data solutions with ERP/CRM/supply chain systems
• Masters degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technology advisory leadership across AI strategy, transformation and transaction engagements
• Structure ambiguous client problems into hypotheses, analyses and actionable recommendations
• Design end-to-end AI target architectures spanning data foundations, models, orchestration, security and operating model
• Develop board-ready recommendations on AI-enabled growth and transformation
• Define architecture standards, reference patterns and reusable assets for the practice
• Coach colleagues and build AI architecture capability across EY-Parthenon and EY
