Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a skilled Manager to join its Analytics & AI practice, helping clients unlock value from data through analytics, reporting, AI and insights. You will lead delivery across engagements, shape data strategies and communicate outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In this role you will mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision making for complex business challenges in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-7 years experience in data engineering, data analytics, or related fields, ideally in a consulting or in-house strategy environment.
• Experience applying data and analytics to solve business problems in financial, operational or commercial environments.
• Experience working with dashboards and data visualisation tools to communicate insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities across client engagements including requirements gathering, data collection, solution design, development, testing and training
• Design and build analytics solutions ( dashboards, data models, pipelines) and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with client teams and EY specialists to deliver high-quality deliverables and data-driven recommendations
• Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to business development discussions
