Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking an AI Agent Designer to join the AI Strategy team. You will design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences across Global Payments, partnering with senior leaders to translate business challenges into agentic solutions.

We’re looking for an AI Agent Designer to join our ever-evolving AI Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce.What you’ll ownDesign and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done across Global Payments.Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic solutions, and define future-state ways of working.Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions.Lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross-functional processes, and uncover opportunities for automation, augmentation, and productivity gains.Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and agent frameworks, helping shape the company's vision for the next generation of AI-enabled work.What you’ll bring5 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, solution design, or a related role.Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven technologies.Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making.It’s a bonus if you haveExperience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, knowledge management, RAG architectures, or AI product development.Act like an owner: We take accountability — working at pace to own our outcomes.
