Job summary

Zendesk seeks an AI Success Strategist to own the end-to-end delivery of customers’ AI roadmaps, translate capabilities into business value, and drive multi-year strategies with executive partnerships. You will shape adoption, measure impact, and ensure scalable AI programs across services, product and sales teams.

You will lead discovery engagements, design forward-looking AI roadmaps, and balance product, services, and partner resources to maximize value and renewals.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5+ years in Customer Success / Experience with AI-related experience.
• Experience in go-to-customer/GTM roles in enterprise tech or SaaS.
• Experience in AI or software adoption programs with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI roadmaps and align with business goals.
• Lead reviews and guidance for AI deployments and integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Services, Sales and Partners.
• Partner with executives to shape a forward-looking AI strategy.
• Drive adoption, renewals, and revenue retention through measurable outcomes.
