Job summary

Chase de Vere invites applicants to join an apprenticeship focused on AI, automation and low-code solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot and emerging AI technologies while earning a Level 4 qualification.

You’ll work with business and tech teams to identify improvement opportunities, deliver measurable value and develop in-demand skills in a fast-growing technology area within a respected financial services firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Support the creation of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Support the testing, deployment and ongoing enhancement of automation projects.
• Support the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies across the business.
• Assist in researching, evaluating and implementing approved AI solutions.
• Help develop best practices for responsible and secure use of AI tools.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, customer experience or operational efficiency.
• Investigate and help resolve application issues.
• Work with internal stakeholders and technology partners to support business projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Assist with system improvements, integrations and business change initiatives.

Entry requirements

• Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.)
• OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role)
• AND
• 5 x GCSE’s including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.

Working hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
