Job summary

Tecna is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist Apprentice in Farnborough. The role focuses on AI-driven automation, digital transformation, and data-informed decisions while studying towards a Level 4 apprenticeship qualification.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and drive digital innovation across the business. Full-time, 40 hours per week with a competitive apprentice salary.

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives.
• Promote responsible and ethical AI practices in line with company policies and industry standards.
• Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the successful adoption of new technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute ideas for innovation.
