Valorem First is offering a Digital & AI Support Apprentice position to join our growing team in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI and sales technologies while working toward a nationally recognised qualification.

You'll support colleagues across the business, help drive the adoption of digital tools, and enable teams to work smarter through AI and technology. Clear progression opportunities exist within a growing tech-focused business.

Responsibilities

• Train to become a super user of key platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Apollo, LinkedIn and Cognism.
• Act as the first point of contact for colleagues requiring support with digital tools, AI applications and business systems.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and operational teams to improve processes and increase productivity.
• Support lead generation, prospect research and data enrichment activities using Apollo, LinkedIn and Cognism.
• Create reports, presentations and business content using AI-powered tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve workflows through technology and AI.
• Maintain accurate data across business systems and support effective information management.
• Contribute ideas and support projects that drive digital transformation across the business.

Working hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
