Job summary

eFinancialCareers is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled process improvements across prioritised business areas. You will work with stakeholders to map processes, produce prompts, and implement practical AI-enabled workflows while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Significant business analysis skills for AI-enabled transformation in complex organisations (law firm or professional services).
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, map processes and shape improvements.
• Experience with AI, automation, Microsoft 365, and digital workplace tools.
• Produce process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, business cases and workflow documentation.
• Governance, risk, compliance or quality review experience is important.
• Support change with adoption planning, guidance and feedback gathering.
• Promote prompt engineering, evaluation and reusable prompt pattern design.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to improve business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation to explain AI concepts.
