Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI and legal technology systems in a law firm.
• Familiar with technology change environments and API integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Innovation and AI strategy, identify solutions against requirements.
• Lead implementation and ongoing development of legal tech and AI systems end-to-end.
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver cost savings through technology.
• Provide technical support and resolve recurring issues.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and third-party technology suppliers.
• Maintain documentation ensuring governance, cyber security and data privacy compliance.
