Job summary

Blue Legal is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst – Innovation & AI to join its Southampton office within the Technology and Innovation function. You will develop and implement innovative legal technology and AI solutions to improve efficiency and client experience, supporting the firm's strategic growth.

The role focuses on leading AI initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring secure, compliant technology deployments across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Several years' experience implementing and supporting AI and legal technology in a law firm.
Knowledge of system integrations and APIs is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Contribute to Innovation and AI strategy and assess legal tech against requirements.
Lead implementation and development of AI systems across lifecycle.
Gather and analyse business requirements; translate into tech solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver cost savings through tech.
Provide technical support and resolve recurring issues.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party technology suppliers.
Maintain documentation and ensure governance, cyber security, data privacy and security-by-design requirements.
