Job summary

Halian Group is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join its growing technology team in the UK healthcare technology space. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features across the healthcare platform, building LLM, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for production use.

You will work on multi-agent workflows, MCP implementations, RAG, vector databases, and real-time AI pipelines, ensuring secure and scalable services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in commercial environments.
• Proven design and deployment of LLM-based applications and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with multi-agent AI orchestration and MCP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS) and Azure AI Search.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features within the healthcare technology platform.
• Build LLM, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions in production.
• Develop multi-agent workflows for complex clinical use cases.
• Implement AI solutions with MCP and orchestration frameworks.
• Design scalable AI services using Python; manage real-time AI/audio pipelines.
• Create retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions and vector DB architectures.
• Ensure security, reliability, and production-readiness; collaborate across teams.
• Stay current with AI tech and best practices to drive innovation.
